March Favourites

It’s that time again, when monthly favourites begin to flood on every social media platform that we own. I always try to join in, as I love to read what people have been enjoying, but I must admit that I have been pretty awful with dedicating time around my blog recently. I don’t know about you, but for me, it seems that we are always a few days into the new month when I finally find the time to write these kind of posts, which by then, it’s pointless. Complete fail. This month I’m determined to not be that person.. so here I am, writing my March favourites during my train journey to University.

March has been a month of some new favourites for me, yet at the same time, I have rediscovered forgotten items that I love! Here are some of the many things that I have been loving this month:

Two Faced Chocolate Bar Palette:
I have been extremely late to hop on board with the Too Faced Palettes, but alas, I finally got there! My Two Faced Chocolate Bar Palette has been my baby, ever since I purchased it last month. It is a great, versatile Palette, enabling me to create looks for the day and night! The pigmentation of each shadow is at a high standard and they are extremely easy to blend! I haven’t even looked at another Palette since purchasing this gem!

Jeffree Starr Liquid Lip (In The Shade Leo):
I have a love/hate relationship when it comes to liquid lipsticks, as I usually find them hard to work with and sometimes they can be too drying. After seeing an on-going hype over Jeffree’s products, I caved in to see what the fuss was about. I now own six of his liquid lippies, and I must say, I LOVE the formula as they dry down beautifully, and are extremely long lasting. My favourite shade is Leo and have found myself reaching for it a lot over this month, so I had to chuck it in the favs of course!

Bourjois Radiance Reveal Concealer:
One of my main hunts in the beauty world was to find a good drugstore concealer that does not cake under my eyes. I have been through so many concealers, yet found none that really worked well for me. After reading many great reviews on the Bourjois Radiance Reveal, I decided to make a purchase, not expecting much. However I was totally wrong and my hunt for a good concealer is over! This is now a holy grail product of mine, as it works really well to cover any of those dark rings around my eyes and a bonus? It doesn’t cake – Horaahh!

Bourjois Radiance Reveal Healthy Mix Foundation:
This foundation was a forgotten love of mine! I rediscovered this earlier on in the month, as I was going through make up collection, and has been my go to foundation since! It gives me a really nice healthy glow. The coverage is great, yet still manages to make me look natural. It’s long lasting and is definitely up there in my favourites!

Tv Series: Gilmore Girls:
I’m a sucker for binge watching a good series on Netflix and opted to watch ‘Gilmore Girls’ religiously during this month. I love the close bond between the two characters whom are Mother and Daughter. I also really like the fact that many characters seem to have a coffee addiction, which is me all-over! I really recommend this series if you want a nice girly watch. Obviously I decide to watch it with plenty cups of Coffee.

Music: Ed Sheehan – Divide:
After taking a year out in the industry, ‘Divide’ is a smashing comeback for Ed! I can honestly see why his album was sent straight to No 1 in the charts, with many songs appearing in the top 10. For me, it is hard to find that one specific favourite song, which makes the album a huge success in my eyes! A few of my favourites though are; Shape Of You, Galway Gal, Castle On The Hill, Happier (which is also a super tear jerker), Perfect, New Man – You see, it’s hard to even pick a few, I may as well just type the whole album out at this rate!!!

I have plenty of other favourites that I could ramble on about, however I am almost at my train stop and must love you and leave you. What have been your favourites this month? Are any of the above in yours? I would love to know in the comments!

Divide is definitely in my March favourites. I have been playing that album on repeat in my car for the last month! My favourite song is definitely Nancy Mulligan!
